Collaborating with product and engineering, we mapped out the different scenarios of verification and I created user flows for each of those. That exercise informed which screens and interactions were needed. I then designed those views for app, mobile web and desktop in Sketch and dropped them into the journey map.
Updating other Products
The final step in this project was adding verification tags and history to orders for our customer service agents. The goal was for agents to easily be able to see if a customer is verified or not and send a verification email for them if not.
